Mobile Marine Solutions Terms and Conditions

  1. Services Offered

Mobile Marine Solutions (“MMS”) provides a variety of services to enhance your boating experience, including:

  • Design and installation of marine electronics systems (navigation, communication, entertainment, etc.)
  • System customization and upgrades
  • Onboard service, repair, and replacement of marine electronics
  • Electronics training for your cabin crew
  • Mobile services for winterization, shrink wrap and detailing
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are responsible for providing MMS with clear and accurate information about their boat, including its size, make, model, and existing equipment.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals for installations or modifications.
  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible workspace for MMS technicians to perform their services.
  • Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered according to the agreed-upon terms.
  1. Service Scheduling and Availability
  • Services can be scheduled by contacting MMS through phone, email, or the website contact form.
  • Appointment availability will vary depending on technician schedules and workload.
  • MMS will confirm the appointment date and time with the client before service.
  1. Service Pricing
  • MMS will provide clients with a written service estimate before any work commences. This estimate will detail the labor costs, parts required, and any applicable taxes.
  • Final pricing may vary slightly from the estimate due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before proceeding.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
  • MMS accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and check.
  1. Warranty and Guarantees
  • MMS warrants that all installations and repairs will be performed using industry best practices and high-quality materials.
  • Most new equipment carries a manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty terms will vary depending on the equipment. MMS will provide clients with a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty upon request.
  • MMS offers a 1-year warranty on its labor for installations and repairs. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • MMS is not liable for any damages caused by equipment malfunctions or failures beyond its control.
  • MMS is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as parts availability or weather conditions.
  • MMS is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • MMS retains all intellectual property rights to its designs, systems, and training materials.
  • Clients cannot copy, modify, or distribute any MMS intellectual property without written permission.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of [State name], USA.

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between MMS and the client regarding the services provided.
